How can I change address or phone number in Order?

If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it by updating "Customer Profile Section" after logging in to your account before the products are ordered or you can “Add New” profile while keeping the existing one . Please note that you cannot change the address once the order has been placed.


How do I check the current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the "Order History" section. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

  • Once the order is shipped, you can see a "Track Number" and “Tracking URL” which will give you more detailed information about your order status.
  • If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, courier partner take up-to 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame.


Why is my order not showing?

If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please be rest assured & try checking the same after 10 minutes. If you still face the issue, then kindly contact Hit By Glam support team by writing to us at: support@hitbyglam.com


What do I do in cases of failed delivery?

Are there any cancellation charges?

There are no separate charges for cancelling an item or the complete order.


How do I cancel an order? (before it has been shipped)

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been dispatched yet, you can cancel the order through writing to us at: support@hitbyglam.com


How do I cancel an order? (once it has been shipped)

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your order amount within 24-48 business hours.


Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel?

Shipping charges will be refunded if the complete order is cancelled. However, in case of part order cancellation, shipping charge will not be refunded.


When will I get my Refund?

In case of cancellation before the order is shipped, we process the refund within 48-72 business hours in the source account.
For the order that is already shipped, refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours in the source account once it gets returned and verified at the warehouse.


What if I used coupon codes and I have to cancel my order?

Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receiving the order:

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

In the case of a return/replacement, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
1.For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
2.For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you over support@hitbyglam.com. This process will be completed within 2-3 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on support mail. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. /p>
