Return and Cancellation
We at Hit By Glam does not intend you to cancel your order, but incase if required we are happy to help you, as a first step we would like to establish the cancellation and refund policy before you.
Scenarios
- If your Order has not shipped yet : We need you to contact us through mail over support@hitbyglam, so that we can stop the processing of the order. Incase prepaid order same will be refunded to the source of payment within 7- 10 days.
- If Order was damaged when received : We require you to inform us immediately the same day over support@hitbyglam, with the images of the damaged products, we will be happy to replace or cancel them.
- If Incorrect Items received : Inspite we take utmost care that this does not happen, if situation arise we will have the wrong items picked from your house and will be delivering the right ones at the earliest.
In case of cancellation once the order has been shipped already or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2-3 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you over support@hitbyglam.com. This process will be completed within 2-3 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on support mail. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Return or Exchange will not be entertained if:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
- Product is used or altered
- Returned without original packaging or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
